How to Use Vaginal Estrogen Suppositories

1. Wash your hands with warm water and soap.  
2. Unwrap the applicator package. Be sure to use a new applicator for each dose.
3. Locate the opening of your vagina
4. Gently insert the applicator as far as comfortably possible into the vagina. Then, gently press the plunger until the plunger is fully depressed. This will release the suppository into the vagina. 
5. Gently remove the applicator.
6. Throw away the applicator after use.
7. Wash your hands with warm water and soap
